Sooooo which is first on your must try list???

Coming soon to a wrist near you!!

Greetings ~

Big news in the world of Disney today - but first tell me is this what your wrist or wrists look like when traveling to the parks??

IMG_1171.JPG
IMG_1172.JPG

Because it is always mine!!But today Disney announced Disney MagicMobile Service!! What is it (first let me apologize to Android users as it seems you will need to wait a bit longer) Launching in phases starting later this year, Disney MagicMobile service is a convenient and contactless way to access MagicBand features like theme park entry through the power of an iPhone, Apple Watch or other smart device. You will be able to create a Disney MagicMobile pass through the My Disney Experience app and add it to you smart device’s digital wallet. It works like magic – most features will be available by just holding up your smart device near an access point, just like you do with a MagicBand. Disney MagicMobile service and its features will roll out first on Apple devices.

You may still choose to use Disney MagicMobile service or a MagicBand – pick whichever option works best during your visit. You can even use both and alternate between the two for added flexibility. Disney will also soon be introducing more MagicBands in trendy new colors and fun designs featuring favorite Disney characters and stories.

Sooo what will your wrists look like next time you enter the park???

Wishing you a MAGICAL day ~

Disney's Polynesian releases photos of new room refurbishment

Greetings ~

We have been waiting with baited breath to get a sneak peek at the new rooms being created at Disney’s Polynesian Resort and TODAY is the day!!

We learned a few months ago that the hotel side of the resort was about to undergo a rather large re-theming to bring Moana to the resort. As well as a refurb of the great ceremonial house and monorail platform but what was it going to look like? It stayed under wraps until now

Mask Buddies? Who knew they could be MAGICAL!

Greetings ~

As a semi local to the central Florida attractions you will likely find my family hanging at the parks often! Since the re-opening and the need for masks I have personally struggled with the elastic around my ears. So much so that I started on a quest to find a way to be able to return to the attractions. Enter Dinglehopper Treasures on Etsy. She has the cutest mask buddies (aka ear savers) that can be attached to a headband, Minnie Ears or glasses!!!

My new mask buddies on my RayBan’s ready for my next trip to the mouses house!

Additions to the Disney mask policy 7.26.2020

Greetings ~
Disney has now been open again for 15 days and in that time there has been 2 additions to the mask policy. Here in the information on both additions. This information comes directly from the Walt Disney World Know Before You Go website. I have bolded the information that has been added since park re-openings.

Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) and Cast Members. Please bring your own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when dining or swimming. You may remove your face covering while actively eating or drinking, but you should be stationary and maintain appropriate physical distancing.

All face coverings (whether disposable or reusable) must:

  • Be made with at least two layers of breathable material

  • Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin

  • Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face

  • Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the Guest to remain hands-free

At this time, based on guidance from health authorities, neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas, and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable face coverings.

Costume masks are also not considered appropriate and are prohibited from being worn, in alignment with our existing rules.

The use of face coverings is not a substitute for physical distancing.

Disney Phase 1 Opening Updates

royal-makeover-wide-cinderella-castle-magic-kingdom-stock-art.jpg

Greetings ~

Last night Disney added some much needed info as they prepare to open Ft. Wilderness campground and the DVC properties on June 22nd. I wanted to break it down for you with what you can expect. I also want to make sure that you know NO ONE (well Disney execs would be an exception) knows how long this particular phase will last. Could it be a week, a month, 3 months? Yes is the answer. All we can do is wait for the next update. Do I think if you have a fall reservation that you need to jump on the worry train about what these opening restrictions mean? NO I think we need to give them time to open and adjust. There is ALOT of info so take your time, read through it, reach out to me with questions. I am always just a click, txt or call away! My family will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge (Kidani Village) over the 4th of July weekend so we can bring you in person live updates on what is happening.

Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds

Disney understands how much excitement, thought and time goes into planning your visits to Walt Disney World Resort. Please know they and I will be here to help you, as their Cast remains focused on delivering magical experiences and incredible storytelling for everyone who visits.

During this unprecedented period, some of our policies and offerings have been modified:

Rooms and Packages
At this time, Disney is temporarily pausing Disney Resort hotel reservations so we can focus on Guests with existing reservations (Disney Vacation Club Members can still make new reservations). We will resume new hotel reservations after that period of time.

To provide additional flexibility, Disney is waiving Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through October 3, 2020. To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact your travel professional.

If no action is taken for impacted stays, Disney will automatically cancel your reservation within 7 days of the original check-in date and process any refund due to the original form of payment. Please note that cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers, including airlines and rental cars, as well as non-refundable products like travel protection plans, are deducted from refundable amounts for Walt Disney Travel Company packages.
